5 Order introductions:
1) Choose the correct grades. According to the magnetic senior, the
electromagnetic pure iron can be spilt into three levels: (A),
superfine (E), super (C), the higher requirement of magnetic, the
higher grade the user shall choose (E, C).
2） Generally, electromagnetic pure iron series guarantee
electromagnetic properties; chemical composition is not the
acceptance condition. If user requests the chemical composition,
please indicate in the purchase contract.
3） The electromagnetic properties of leaving factory products are the
sample tests under the condition of the magnetic annealing, but
delivery situation is hot rolling, hot forging or softening
annealing (cold rolling, cold drawing ). Therefore, the parts made
by user should anneal, and then the material can fully exert
potential magnetic property. Magnetic annealing process: if the
carbon content of product≤0.007%, user can adopt 850C - 3 hours simplifying processing, when
the carbon content > 0.007%, then according to the GB
requirement.
.4） The size of cold pulling pure iron is very precise, if there
aresome special requirements of tolerance, please explain before
ordering
5）. Generally, goods that no need processing, delivery cycle is in 3
days; the goods that need processing, we will determine another
time to deliver goods according to how complex the drawing is.
